We are pleased to announce the addition of Lucy Worrall as an Associate solicitor in our property team. Lucy qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and specialises in commercial property and housing association work.
Lucy's work has a particular emphasis on acting for housing associations including shared ownership, regeneration work, stock transfers and homeswaps.
In commercial property work, Lucy acts for individuals and companies in connection with property sales and acquisitions, leases, residential site development and plot sales and the sale and acquisition of businesses and their premises.
Lucy trained at a Manchester city centre specialist commercial firm and has also worked at a top 10 national law firm. She is a member of Women in Property, the Association of Women Solicitors, the Law Society Property Section and Business for Breakfast.
Lucy has said "I am very pleased with my move to join Croftons' experienced and specialised property team and am looking forward to working with their existing clients and attracting new clients to the firm."
