Lucy Worrall joined Croftons in February 2006 as an associate solicitor. Lucy specialises in acting for Housing Associations in connection with property matters including development work, land and property sales and acquisitions, shared ownership/newbuild homebuy sales, purchases sales and leases of commercial properties. Lucy also has an interest in commercial property and leases for commercial clients. Lucy is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Property Law Section of the Law Society and Women in Property.
